Our network of people provide cutting edge lab infrastructure to the chemicals used at our science benches. Part of West Campus Administration, the Research Operations Team works with faculty and researchers to enable science to happen. We’re here to help maximize the impact of research at West Campus. Working with faculty and researchers, the “Research Ops” team provides administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth running of our science labs, including managing equipment maintenance, procuring supplies, space data management, safety protocols and regulatory compliance. Our aim is to ensure that our scientific community has optimal research infrastructure and laboratories that meet their needs. We coordinate lab onboarding in the research space along with the services and resources that support your work.
Full-service cleaning and sterilization of laboratory glassware, media/plate repparation, in-lab technician service, and proper disposal of lab waste
Strategically located throughout the campus, our freezers provide temporary storage of sensitive research materials, designated priority use storage, and flexible use space.
The Resource Center offers convenient on-site stock services to the West Campus research community.
All freezers currently on Smartvue should be migrated over to the new university-supported freezer monitoring program, Aeroscout, if you wish to continue with monitoring.
