-Reserving party is responsible for pickup and return of the key along with securing all entries to the barn and bathroom at the conclusion of the event. -All trash must be bagged and left inside the barn next to the door for custodial to pick up. Absolutely no trash may be left outside or loose within the barn. -COA must be provided for a custodial work order to clean bathroom before and after use. User understands this is a composting toilet and no running water is present on site.
