If you would like your seminar or lecture to be captured and webcast to audiences using their computer, please receive permission from the speaker(s) prior to the event.
Posters sessions are only permitted within the Event Rooms. Posters are not allowed in the lobby before 3pm.

I understand that for all rooms other than the auditorium, I need to supply a laptop and the appropriate adapter. *All rooms have VGA connections, some also have HDMI.

Catering needs

All catering services must be provided by Yale Hospitality. For events of 40 or more attendees, please email Beth Ferguson with Yale Catering. Catering needs for less than 40 attendees, please contact Jordan M Williams. Please give at least 2 weeks notice, events with under 10 days notice cannot be guaranteed.

From time to time we would like to take photographs of conference center events to highlight the Yale community. Where individuals are identified, you will be asked to sign a release form.
