Catering needs

All catering services must be provided by Yale Hospitality. For events of 40 or more attendees, please email Beth Ferguson with Yale Catering. Catering needs for less than 40 attendees, please contact Lynn Torello. Please give at least 2 weeks notice, events with under 5 days notice cannot be guaranteed.

West Campus Administration will provide a brief welcome to your event on the electronic signs in the Conference Center. From time to time we would like to take photographs of conference center events to highlight the Yale community. Where individuals are identified, you will be asked to sign a release form.
