Information Technology

Information Technology (IT) at Yale, comprised of a central unit and distributed campus IT support organizations, provides computing infrastructure, services, and support for Yale. For all technical support, contact the IT Help Desk. IT support services provide monitoring through a central ticketing system and triage tickets appropriately to on-site West Campus IT support specialists. Numerous electronic screens provide up-to-date information to the Yale West Campus community, including real-time shuttle service and a listing of events taking place on Campus. For more information, or to add your event, visit our events calendar on our homepage. Our Communications Office can provide more information about advertising your events on campus.

Audio Visual Support

Between the expertise of our AV support specialist and the campus technology, we will make your event a success. From three-camera video shoots streaming to thousands of people, to classroom lectures, panel discussions and award ceremonies, we can tailor our facilities to your needs. The Conference Center accommodates many configurations, with free parking for conference participants and guests.
