Klein Lab

Daryl Klein Lab

The Klein Laboratory at Yale’s Cancer Biology Institute explores the fundamental design principles regulating extracellular signaling relays to reprogram oncogenic pathways in cancer. Leveraging phage display as a discovery platform, the lab develops fully human antibodies that precisely target key oncogenes. Research in the Klein lab has been instrumental in decoding the structural and mechanistic rules governing diverse oncogenic receptors. The long-term vision of the lab is to use these insights as a strategic blueprint to exploit cancer vulnerabilities and advance targeted therapies.
