The Klein Laboratory at Yale’s Cancer Biology Institute explores the fundamental design principles regulating extracellular signaling relays to reprogram oncogenic pathways in cancer. Leveraging phage display as a discovery platform, the lab develops fully human antibodies that precisely target key oncogenes.
