Information Technology (IT) at Yale, comprised of a central unit and distributed campus IT support organizations, provides computing and communications infrastructure, services, support, and innovation for university programs. IT support services are assigned to West Campus through the helpdesk, which provides central monitoring through the ticketing system and enables cases to be triaged appropriately to on-site IT support specialists Justin DeMayo and Keith Draghi. Audio Visual Support
Between the expertise of our AV support specialist and the technology present on campus, we will make your event a success. From three-camera video shoots streaming to thousands of people, to classroom lectures, panel discussions and award ceremonies, we can tailor our facilities to your needs. AV needs for meetings and conferences on campus are coordinated by Christopher D’Addio. The Conference Center accommodates numerous configurations, with free parking for conference participants and guests. Numerous electronic screens provide up-to-date information to the Yale West Campus community, including real-time shuttle service and a listing of events taking place on Campus.
