Our third annual Maplefest is right around the corner. On Friday, April 28th, join your colleagues at the Landscape Lab barn, right behind the West Campus Urban Farm. We’ll be out there between 2-6 pm. Join us for tours of the campus sugar bush, workshops on syrup making, and chat with experts on forestry and the syrup making process. Campus-made syrup will be available in many different forms for tasting. More details to follow.
