Kelly Locke joined Yale West Campus Administration in February 2009. She provides strategic support to West Campus Administration and serves as the liaison to University campus partners to ensure support services are delivered in an effective and efficient manner. She plans, directs, and manages a wide variety of projects and special initiatives by developing project plans, supervising progress, and taking necessary actions to ensure successful execution.
