Ever tired of following the same workout routine? Or, you want to exercise better but don’t even know how to start? As part of the Peer Wellness Champion (PWC) program, Phu Khat is initiating a “move well” program at West Campus this semester. Join her in following various routines from Youtube whether it be HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), strength-training, kettlebell, kickboxing, yoga or dance workouts.
