Event description: 

By using concrete examples, attendees to this session will learn about the array of bioinformatics software licensed by the Medical Library for the analysis, annotation, integration and visualization of omics data. From raw data (e.g. Fastq files) to the differential analysis. They will also learn about the free training, consultation services and collaboration options available to Yale biomedical researchers.
Although this session is held at the Yale School of Nursing, due to its broad appeal, we welcome all from West Campus and across the University to come and learn more.
